Pensions are constantly evolving and there may be changes that affect your membership, so it’s important to keep up to date with what’s happening.
Prepare for the new member website launch

We are pleased to let you know that we will be launching your new member website, Engage Member, on 1 December 2026. You should receive your registration code in early December 2026.
Until then, you will continue to have access to MyESPS as normal. However, if there are any documents that you would like to retain for your own records, please ensure that you download them before 23 November 2026.
The following documents will be available through Engage Member as part of the transition to the new system:
- Pension payslips - The most recent five years of payslips will be available when Engage Member launches on 1 December 2026, with new payslips added each month thereafter.
- Benefit statements - Previous benefit statements will be available from February 2027.
- Pension Increase letters - Previous Pension Increase letters will be available from February 2027.
- Future P60s - While historic P60s are not being transferred, new P60s will be uploaded annually and will be available through Engage Member going forward.
Therefore, you may wish to download and save:
- Any previous P60s, as historic P60s will not be transferred to Engage Member.
- Any individual benefit estimates, personal correspondence or quotations previously produced or made available through myESPS, as these documents will not be transferred to Engage Member.
You only need to download payslips, benefit statements or Pension Increase letters from MyESPS if you think you may need access to them before they become available within Engage Member.
