The 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Electricity Supply Pension Scheme (ESPS) will take place on Tuesday, 18 November 2025 at 1:00pm. As in previous years, the meeting will be held online.

If you do not have internet access, you may be able to join by telephone to listen in. However, please note that telephone participants will not be able to vote or ask questions - so online access is strongly recommended.

A “test” meeting will be held on Tuesday, 4 November at 1:00pm for those unfamiliar with the virtual format: Register for the test meeting here   

The purpose of the AGM is to conduct any general business and to receive:

• the Scheme Annual Report and Financial Statements
• the Auditors’ Report
• the report of the Scheme Trustee

While the AGM is not specific to Magnox, or the other individual Groups of the ESPS, all members of the Magnox Group of the ESPS are welcome to take part.

Members may submit written resolutions by Tuesday, 21 October 2025 to the Scheme Secretary, with a copy to the Company Secretary. Resolutions can be sent by email or by post:

All submitted resolutions will be reviewed and subject to approval following legal advice from EPTL’s advisers, Fieldfisher. To vote on any resolution, you must attend the AGM.
