Bank holiday opening hours

The offices of our scheme administrator, Railpen, will be closed for the UK Bank Holidays in April and May.
That means we will be unable to reply to enquiries about your pension on the following dates:
- Friday, 18 April - Good Friday
- Monday, 21 April - Easter Monday
- Monday, 5 May - Early May bank holiday
- Monday, 26 May - Spring bank holiday
If you have questions about your benefits during this time, you can find lots of useful information across this website, including dedicated areas for Final Salary and reformed SLC section members.
You can also log in to your myESPS account to check the value of your pension benefits, update certain details and send Railpen a query to be answered when they return.
Railpen will be open as normal on all weekdays outside of the bank holidays. You can find their telephone number and email address on the get in touch page.
