Festive season Helpline opening hours 2024

This year’s opening dates are:
- Tuesday, 24 December – 8:00am – 12 noon
- Wednesday, 25 December – closed
- Thursday, 26 December – closed
- Friday, 27 December – 8:00am – 5:30pm
- Monday, 30 December – 8:00am – 5:30pm
- Tuesday, 31 December – 8:00am – 5pm
- Wednesday, 1 January - closed
- Thursday, 2 January – back open as normal 8am – 5:30pm
You can call us on our Helpline number 02476 472 544 for any queries during the festive opening hours above. If you call outside the opening hours, you can leave a message and we'll get back to you when the Helpline is back open.
If you have questions about your pension while the Helpline is closed, you can find lots of useful information across the website.
We are back to our normal opening hours 8:00am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday from Thursday, 2 January 2025.
