Pensions are constantly evolving and there may be changes that affect your membership, so it’s important to keep up to date with what’s happening.
All affected members have been put back in the position they would have been had the error never happened and the funds had been mapped correctly from the transfer date. This was done at no cost to members. Aegon will shortly be sending each members their transfer in confirmation.
