Transfer of Prudential AVCs to Aegon – Update

Following the recent transfer of AVCs from Prudential to Aegon, it has come to light that an error occurred which resulted in some funds not being invested according to the fund mapping previously communicated.
We are working with our advisers and Aegon to get this rectified so that those affected are put in the position they would have been had the funds been mapped correctly. This will be done at no cost to members, and we will endeavour to complete this rectification as soon as possible.
A letter has been sent to all affected members.
